Not financial advice. Signal Spring's signals are generated from conditions you configure — enabling any strategy is your decision, made entirely at your own risk.
Signal Spring is a software suite for systematic and discretionary futures traders. It includes an automated trading execution platform (our trade copier), a NinjaTrader-based automated trading strategy, a trading log and reporting suite, and a growing library of trading indicators. Our trade copier connects trading signals — from our own strategy, from your manual orders, or from other supported platforms — to your brokerage or exchange accounts through webhook and API technology. Signal Spring operates as a non-custodial service, meaning we do not hold or manage your funds.
As a member of the NinjaTrader Ecosystem, the following disclosures are provided as required by our partnership with NinjaTrader, LLC:
Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading; for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
This presentation is for educational purposes only and the opinions expressed are those of the presenter only. All trades presented should be considered hypothetical and should not be expected to be replicated in a live trading account.

Trading futures and forex carries a high level of risk and may not be appropriate for everyone. It's possible to lose more than the amount you originally put in, so never trade with money you can't afford to lose. Because Signal Spring's tools connect to your accounts through webhooks and third-party APIs, there's added risk beyond ordinary trading risk — dropped connections, outages on our end or your broker's, misconfigured settings, execution slippage, lag between a signal firing and an order filling, and fast markets that can turn a manageable loss into a much bigger one. Our automation places and manages orders without a person double-checking each one in real time, so it's on you to judge whether that fits your account size, experience, and appetite for risk before you turn it on. Any backtested, simulated, or otherwise hypothetical results we show are built with the benefit of already knowing what happened — they can't capture the financial or emotional weight of real money on the line, and they don't promise anything about what comes next.
Running automated trading tools isn't a hands-off activity — it takes real trading knowledge and an honest understanding of how the systems behind it work. Automation follows its rules regardless of what's happening in the market, which is exactly when a bad stretch can compound quickly.
When you use Signal Spring, the following stays your responsibility, not ours:
Signal Spring doesn't hand out trade ideas, signals, research, or investment advice. Our products mechanically execute or record decisions you've already made, based on the strategy, alerts, and settings you configure yourself. Anything we publish — documentation, educational material, commentary, or our own opinions — is meant to help you understand how the tools work, not to tell you what to trade. Do your own research, and talk to a licensed financial advisor before making any trading or investment decision.
Our products are offered as-is, with no promises, stated or implied, about uptime, being bug-free, or fitting your specific needs. Outages, bugs, broker connectivity issues, and market disruptions can and do happen, and any of them could affect whether a trade gets executed, logged, or reported the way you expected.
Simulated or hypothetical results — including anything produced through market replay testing — are not the same as live trading and shouldn't be read as a preview of it. They're typically built after the fact, already knowing what the market did, and they can't reproduce the financial or psychological pressure of a real position. A strong hypothetical track record is not a promise about what happens with real money.
Any testimonials on our site reflect one individual's personal experience, not a preview of what you should expect. Results vary trader to trader depending on experience, risk management, market conditions, and plenty of factors outside Signal Spring's control.
Any prop firms, brokers, or trading platforms referenced on this site or inside our products are independent businesses. A mention doesn't mean they endorse Signal Spring or that we're affiliated with them, unless we say so explicitly. Signal Spring is a software provider — not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or custodian — and we never hold or manage your funds.
By using any Signal Spring product, you agree to hold Signal Spring — along with its affiliates, partners, vendors, service providers, and employees — harmless from claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
Setting up an account, connecting a broker or trading platform, or using any Signal Spring product at all means you've read this page and agree to it. A full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be published before launch, adding to — not replacing — what's written here.
